Who am I?
Hi, my name is Michaells Fana Suarez (Mike), and I’m the creator of The Anatoliah Workshop. I was raised by a kind-hearted, spiritual single mother—Nina Suarez—a retired educator who spent over 30 years shaping young minds and pouring love into everything she did. She’s a huge part of the reason I believe emotional intelligence starts at home.
I’m also a proud father of four boys, which means my amazing wife of 23 years and I are overly caffeinated—but more than anything, we’re deeply grateful for the life we’ve built together in Winter Park, Florida.

Why did I name the workshop Anatoliah?
I named it Anatoliah after an ancient town in what is now the country of Turkey—a place where, over 8,000 years ago, humans crafted the first mirrors out of obsidian glass. That’s right... before Instagram filters and bathroom selfies, our ancestors were already checking themselves out!
But here’s the real reason behind the name: With a recent study showing that 85% of the world struggles with low self-esteem at some point, I want students, parents, and educators to look in the mirror—not just to fix their hair—but to see the truth that actually matters. The truth that lives in their beautiful, powerful, one-of-a-kind hearts. Because when you lead from that place, no one—not even a thousand online comments—can tell you who you are.

"Thank you for making me feel good today. Have a great day!"
