Lesson 1
Find Your emotional home
A recent study showed that 85% of people in the world suffer from low self-esteem.
When students scroll through social media, they might feel like they’re not good enough, which can make them feel bad about themselves and even lead to bullying. That’s why I teach them three important steps to help build and keep strong self-confidence.

Who do you talk to the most?
Self-talk can build or destroy

How do you feel afterwards?
Emotions without logic are dangerous

What choices do they trigger?
Decisions come from fear or love
Close out:
Students will hear a brief Thomas Edison story to highlight the importance of having a strong self-belief system.
