A 45-minute experience that teaches students how to make better decisions.
A structured decision-making system that helps students improve behavior and positively impact school culture.

What students
learn and apply
A simple decision-making system students can use in real situations
A shared framework that improves behavior across classrooms and campus
A practical way to reduce negative peer influence and impulsive decisions
A repeatable process staff can reinforce after the session
How the experience works
1. Story (connection)
Students are introduced to the meaning behind Anatoliah and the concept of reflection, creating immediate engagement and personal relevance.
2. The framework (clarity)
Students learn the core sequence:

Focus → Self-Talk →Emotions → Decisions

This sequence helps students:

Understand what drives their behavior in school

Recognize self-talk influences emotions and actions

Make better decisions in real-time situations with peers
3. The Q&A (reflection)
Students apply the framework to real-life situations—peer pressure, emotions, and decision-making in school.

4. The Challenge (action)
Students complete a structured 5-day challenge that reinforces better decision-making during the school day.

5. The Pledge (commitment)
The experience closes with a commitment to making better decisions and taking ownership of behavior in school.
Material
Each session includes a guided reflection sheet students use to apply the framework during and after the experience—helping reinforce better decisions beyond the session.
